Shipping...

All CD orders and in-stock apparel should be received by you within 4-5 business days of your order. Add 7-10 business days for special order or out of stock apparel.

 

Refunds…

People sometimes change their mind, so Trotters Wake will accept returns of CD’s as long as the shrink wrap is not broken, and apparel that has not been damaged through wear.

 

Return the product at your own expense to Trotters Wake, 17615 N. 58th Lane, Glendale, AZ 85308 for a complete refund. Please be sure to include your contact information, so we can be sure to identify your order for the refund.

 

Exchanges…

If you wish to exchange an apparel item for a different size, color or style, please contact drew@trotterswake.com or (602) 799-1040. We will mail you the desired item (subject to availability), along with a postage-paid package to return the original item.

 

Damaged Product…

If your product arrives damaged or contains a defect, please contact us for instructions at drew@trotterswake.com or (602) 799-1040.
